My. Bank. Says they have issued to many new cards that I pay for or 2 cards as of now. They say they can not send me another card . If I pay for the card I shouldn't be limited on how many they have to issue me .

The app changes or ignores my phone settings. With reference to the developer's reply, I did call. I have no concerns with required permissions. I understand those are needed for functionality. Settings preferences for how and when the app gets updated are what is being changed. We discussed this. Three stars for replying, and following up. Get more stars after app consistently does not change the autoupdate setting. Otherwise, a good app. No other concerns.
