They have the option of using the app in English which used to be extremely rare for Korean apps but I suppose times are changing. The main inconvenience is that I only use this app for laundry but they hide the laundry payment option all the way in the settings menu. Put a laundry button on the front page. And the menu screen should smoothly transition from the homepage, not load a whole new page which takes time. Your app needs more work.
