Facing a glitch. I am not receiving any notifications. Security has to call me to approve the entry. Inspite of uninstalling and re - installing there is no change.

The app does not support new mobile. Had Honor mobile earlier on which it was working but now using Realme Narzo and the app does not work on it. Now should I get a new mobile just for this app🤨 Would advise more generic app as it caters to a society where all kinds of mobile are used. Way to go before the app gets perfected.
