It's not a new phone, I've had it for 5 years so you'd think it's be able to close a simple add. It doesn't give me the option to close it out so I can't transfer funds or pay my loan or anything. I've called on this multiple times and no one can seem to help me or find a solution.
2023-05-30	Steven Cain	Been with fidelity Bank over 20 years, & they've always been really good to me (Love this bank). Being very meticulous with what's going in & out of my account, this app makes it way more easier. Can't go wrong

It won't load, I constantly have to call the bank and ask them to reset the password, uninstall and re-install the app. Everything about this bank (except the staff) has been an absolute pain in the a$$. 0/5 would not recommend
2022-02-15	McLoven	Zelle consistently does not work. Spinning wheel of death. Was told to reinstall app. Still cannot send money thru this app. This has been occuring over several android phones running android 10 and 11. PC works fine. Find some better IT people Fidelity!
2021-05-15	I Dl	Takes forever to load. Missing the debit card features like the ability to turn your card off and on. This "new" version of this app sucks.
2021-04-20	Mick Haugen	04-20-21 Update... This seems to have been corrected. I am now getting real time notifications. Thank New app is pretty and everything, but I no longer receive real time emails about account activity. This stinks! I don't care how pretty the app is and how easy it is to use, what I do care about is protecting my account by having real time notifications about account activity!!!
