Good app ,the graphics needs extra work

my experience with them is regarding central ac repair.. their service is very very very bad. They will send technicians but the problem remains. They will just keep on telling we came so many times. But the issue was never resolved. The app can be good but whats the use if its not serving the actual purpose.
