2023-03-02	Amanda Gibson	Unfortunately, this app is terrible. Tonight the card selection booted me out and said sorry for the inconvenience this app has a bug try again later. At least I haven't been forced to change my password in a while.

2023-01-06	Aaron Gibson	This is a terrible joke of an app for a bank. You can't click on the transactions to see where they came from and when you try to use the card section to check on transactions it doesn't work and boots you out saying there is an issue contact support.
2022-12-23	Paige Hoang	Great for Balances and Pending Transactions. Night processing can cause issues with logging in, but other than that no complaints. Mobile deposits are great (tells you exactly when your deposit will post), alerts are updated so there are plenty to choose from, and now the card controls are integrated into this app instead of separate apps like they used to be (card valet was the old app). Online Banking customer service support is extremely helpful too!!!!
2022-10-13	Paula Howton	UPDATED 10/14/2022 This app sucks. Probably going to completely change banks. It seems like other banks don't have the issues with on-line banking that FFB has. I sure wish this was still First National Bank of Wynne. Too many changes in online banking and in bank personnel for my taste. 10/13/2022 Still sucks and no one at customer service will/can help and the person I talked to at the bank in Wynne was ABSOLUTELY CLUELESS!!!
