2025-01-28	Clington Paul	Fasterpay is fraudulent ( horde users funds overtime don't expect anything less, fight and report them immediately if not you will loss your fund. First they start with removal of withdrawal function , 2nd reverification,then to submit doc and question they already have,then to we are investigating. I am sorry how long your funds will be there . You don't have to do anything .don't put money you can't forget or for emergency use there. 3 initial successful transaction to deceive you.
2024-05-13	Alex K	Nice app overall. Has it's rough edges for sure hence the 4 stars but it's pretty much nuances, I'm sure the developers are aware and already working on improvements. I actually had an issue with my first money withdrawal, but it turned out that the problem was on the side of my bank and had nothing to do with FasterPay. The support team was very cooperative and helped me a ton to resolve the issue
2024-05-11	Edgar Ngalaso	Created an account using chrome Android version and tried to verify my account by downloading the app and all of a sudden my username and password in the app shows as "Unauthorized". Tried to login for the second time and this message shows up displaying "Too many login attempts. Try again later" Very bad experience I must say
2023-08-07	Kevin D. James	Absolutely fabulous! I work for a web development company. We put about 15 of 16 clients on FasterPay. All of them love it. Fast settlement of funds. Super easy to use. By the way, FasterPay is a Shopify approved payments provider. Look it up. 100% legit. Look it up.
2022-07-26	Juliet Ayoola	I don't understand why a standard organization that deals with finances will not have a good customer support. I have issues with faster pay and I have been messaging them for a week now. No reply from any of their agent. This is not good at all for business. I am not happy at all. They should look for ways to attend to people complaints. Other wise people will not want to get involved something that has no solution.

I give you five star to show how happy I was when I made use of your wallet for payment. The only one thing I'll recommend is the time it takes for a payment to reach it's destination. It needs an improvement.
2022-07-03	Bashorun Hamzat oriyomi	This app was the most worst app or site I have ever seen or use they are operating otherwise to their name I have downloaded this app 3 weeks ago and since then I have been trying to verify my account but I couldn't even they support wasn't available to answer my request this was so bad even there transaction was so slow and annoying
2022-06-25	Bashir Sabo	This is the worse app I have ever met. I regretted using this app for my life. The name FASTERPAY should not be given to this app at all. May be you should consider changing the name of your app/website because you are tarnishing your image. You'll send money but it will take up to 2 weeks before delivered to the recipient and they're calling themselves fasterpay. I will never use it again and I will advise you not to use their services untill they changed their system.
2022-06-20	Bartholomew Uchendu	Hi everyone! Couldn't believe it that this app all of a sudden started charging a whooping €10 to transfer your funds. As at the beginning of this month, the charge was €2 which was still unreasonably high. This is pure day light robbery. Please, you guys should kindly look into this ASAP to restore trust and credibility.
2022-06-11	Nurudeen kelani Tolani	If I knew this is how slow your service is. I wouldn't have even signed up with you in the first place. Fasterpay's name is the opposite. It's slower than snail. I sent money since June 6th, it is still pending till now. And it will still take additional 3-7 days to arrive the destination after transaction shows "successful" . "Pending as already used one week". You guys are not in competition at all
