Have been using this for a few years now. Quality is degrading every time they deliver something. Damaged products frequently ,very late delivery of pre orders and delivery folks not even bothering to deliver at door. Earlier I had subscribed to a farm ,but that too was pathetic and later I moved to buying things. That too getting too bad now and no sincere efforts to improve is seen

App is not very user friendly. It looks like in between webpage and app. Billing details are not captured properly in one screen , every item is added under billing. If the item is missing or partially delivered. No way to track this , manually have to reach out to the team zrheh donthe refund and you ll keep guessing for which item refund was done.
