Wish there was a 0 star option Impossible to add banks or transfer funds. In person they are terrible too. Do not recommend this bank at all!

Could use some refinement mobile UI. E.g., the app crams a lot of functionality in tight spaces. But that functionality is what almost had me rating 5 stars. Crazy level of functionality, control and information from a mobile banking app.

Installed app from Google Play to Samsung A03S. APP will not open. Displays Bug detected and developers need to update app. Reinstalled several times with same results.

This has got to be the worst app I have ever "tried" to use. You can't even touch a button to call whichever department you need. You literally have to scroll through all the departments find the phone number you need, write it down on a piece of paper (unless you have a good memory) and then back out of that app to go to your dial pad so that you can call that number that you hope you remembered correctly if you didn't write it down.

Phone-nominal experience. I like the app. It is easy to use and you don't have to come into the back for most things. Sometimes I'll come in to get cash or talk to people. To check balances, it is easy with the app. I wish it was a tad more streamlined and more user friendly. It is user friendly now and it works great 👍 I'm giving it 9 out of 10 for room to grow

Works reliably but not always smoothly. It does what I am need and have been using it for years. I'd love to see updates that enable the "back" button feature to work and sometimes when inopen it I have to open/close the app a few times until it loads properly. SG Note 9, Note 10, and SG 20+ Ultra are what I've been using over the years

App frequently does not allow me to enter the SAC sent via text. Kicks me back to login screen instead. Very frustrating

The app is stable and works but not intuitive. Eg. To switch accounts you can not just tap on the back button. You have to keep scrolling to the top and push a specific button. You also can only see 100 transactions at a time so if you are going back to look at a specific transaction you can't just keep scrolling as it auto populates. Ultimately, I love FMB. I'm happy the app is stable and the customer support is amazing. No recordings, real people, fluent English.
