Finally figured out how to make it work. I had to go and get rid of the mobike app permissions on other phones I no longer use. Then open mobile app again on the website, accept the terms and conditions and it worked! Knocking off a star because it took me over a year to figure that out.

It works sometimes then it doesn't work. I have had problems with this app before. It wouldn't load. Everytime I would try to login. It would close the app. Not today it won't allow me to Zelle money or transfer funds from one account to another. There is always something going on with this app!
