WORST BANKING EXPERIENCE!! They don't respond email. They are not professional in their business. Recently I have one usecase where I request statement for last 6 months, and they send it after 3 days on email with excel sheet, seriously excel sheet. I don't know how I show that excel sheet as a proof of my account ownership to anyone without being my name, address and account basic details mentioned in it.

everything is perfect but 11Rupee charge is too much and in my Account showing 100Ruppe less balance and i cannot use that 100Rupee.i have no idea what is the glitch of that
