| 2024-11-20 |  | | Booked tickets for my elderly parents. The bus was late, and no one called to guide them. My visually impaired mother fell while running to catch the bus, and the driver showed no concern, behaving rudely. Despite following up for 3 days, there’s no response from Shri Bhagiyalakshimi Travels. Manager Bala and customer care are ignoring and disconnecting calls. This company clearly doesn’t care about passengers’ safety or feedback. Avoid this travel service at all costs. Edit: no response any1. |
