Don't Book this Bus❌⚠️ Terrible experience with this bus service. My sister’s scheduled 22:10 boarding at Guduvanchery was delayed to 22:56, at a different location than shown in the app. The driver then called, rudely insisting she board immediately or he’d leave, despite the delay being on their end. Unprofessional staff behavior, poor punctuality, and inaccurate boarding info made this a very stressful trip. Urgently needs improvements in service, staff training, and accurate communication.
