I have used ExpressVPN for several years now and rarely have 1 had a problem with it. Tech support is very quick on helping out, and have never had a problem with billing or my account. I think one of the most important features of any payable service is prompt and professional support and ExpressVPN definitely has exhibited this in my experience. Thanks. Note: it is, however, disappointing to see they reply to these posts without reading them.

Dala Brown, 2025-01-22I don't know if there ever was a time I fully enjoyed this service but stuck around because it wasn't anything major. As of the last couple of months the connections are just bad, and as of today it doesn't really work at all for anything. Constant disconnects, it won't load a lot of websites, and when you do get it to connect, it'll work for about 10-15 min before it's useless. This is a service I'm constantly using to browse the internet, yet it renders me useless until I turn it off.
