| 2023-11-16 |  | | The new app is awful. It's full of errors. The instructions on the message page are actually backwards! I can't update my phone numbers (including the one I've been asking the bank to remove from my account for the past four years). An error message keeps coming up. I've reported this and it hasn't been fixed. The Remember Me button is stuck. I don't want my account number visible!! I keep trying to turn it off and each time I re-open the app, it's still clicked on. I'm very disappointed. |
