| 2025-01-05 |  | | I deposited $100 by accident and can't seem to cancel the pending process. It has not withdrawn the money from my account. However, I am still concerned. The cash available balance on this app went from $100 to $200. I contacted them through email (there is no number) to have them cancel the transaction. Hopefully, they will get to cancel the transaction before they withdraw possibly $200 out of my account. I will dispute if needed. I permanently closed my eToro account. |
| 2025-01-03 |  | | Dangerous Avoid! Had many issues with this app but today was my worst. Full signal, full wifi, I went to sell it wouldn't do it. I had to turn the phone off and on again, by the time I had the price had dropped. As it doesn't allow you to cancel a sell order you've initiated even if it didn't work I was left in a position when my agreed sell price dropped significantly (leveraged position) in the time it took to get back online and I was forced to sell at whatever the price was when I let me. |

And based on this you'll be going into making a deposit thinking that would reflect in your updated main screen but then it still doesn't update but only shows the asset updated value you just did with your recent deposit. Sounds confusing? Yes it is. Is this a newly found glitch? Are they doing this to others unbeknownst to them and are getting away with it? I'll update after the hopefully positive conclusion. |

However, stories offered can be enligjtening but as usually, nothing comes free or without strings! Gets old fast! Join here to get "my, all important" opinion dor this much $$$. After then u get the "free" must have tip after wasting 30 min to learn u pay or still not getting it, ever! Don't fall for it! They all say they thr best so who really is?? Who knows |

It doesn't tell you everything you need to do from the get go, you get emails later on with more steps, and then you keep getting emails telling you that you still need to do things you've already done. I assume once you can actually use it it's fabulous. But from what l've seen, the graphs are far less user friendly and intuitive than say Coinbase graphs, more "professional trader" like though, if you're experienced and into that. |

I've lost money and all respect for this service. Highly disappointed that there is a wait period, and jump through hoops to get anything done. I would totally avoid this app and go somewhere else.. Please fix the withdraw process and make it simple. Please!!!! |
| 2022-07-02 |  | | Super easy to use. Trailing stop loss is a really neat feature I wish Binance.US had too. Etoro wallet isn't integrated very well though. Once you put crypto in your wallet, it's no longer available for trading on the platform. Seems odd. Other than that I really like eToro. App works as well as the desktop site. Nicely done. Edit: I'm aware of the difference between a wallet and investment app but if you're going to put the eToro name on both then I'd expect them to work together better. |
| 2022-06-11 |  | | Update; I will never deposit another cent into ETORO, even after the 60 day waiting period, I was eligible to transfer to my wallet, not. Had an additional 30 day waiting period added. Plus a 2nd list of hoops to jump through. It just not worth the headache when there are so many more reliable and friendly trading apps available. It's seriously easier to withdraw from KuKoin and other advanced sites than ETORO. |
| 2022-04-26 |  | | Awful. Very cumbersome and a pain to use, which is odd for a beginner app. Also they charge a crazy fee to move crypto to their wallet. My acct mgr tried saying it was a Cardano fee, but he's either uninformed or lying, as the fee scaled with the amount of ADA I moved. Wouldn't be surprised to see a class action suit in the future for it honestly. And I couldn't move ALL my ADA at once. Had to do it by the lot (i.e. each individual purchase). Avoid this terrible app. |
