| 2021-10-25 |  | | Lots of bugs, daily crashes, and random cancelations. App doesn't function well without Internet, some jobs are in areas without cell coverage. Air & swab micro samples require seperate COCs. There isn't an option to pre-fill sections; For example, country, state, volume, test method, turnaround time, units for air sampling, non-potable for surface sampling & selected lab are almost always the same but have to scroll each time to select. May switch back to filling out pre-filled COCs. |

| 2021-01-21 |  | | All I wanted it for was the FedEx labels, it does not render them in a format that is useful at the actual fedex locations. The app makes them way too large so the barcodes are on two pages |
