I checked the app info details and I saw this error message "This app isn't compatible with your device anymore, contact the app developer for more information". Please assist to resolve this issue as a lot of important transactions are pending to be approved. |

Even if you don't use the notification and go straight through the app, the thing has usually expired by the time you use it. Even if it hasn't, often you'll put it in and it will fail anyways and you'll be prompted for the code as well. I'm not sure what has changed or why but the app is no longer functional. |

For example, the ability to delete an existing token should not require clicking on the three-dot menu at the top right of the screen. That's not very intuitive. Users should also be able to delete an existing token from its Edit screen. Additionally, the QR code scanner feature is very slow & imprecise. Scanning a QR code with other apps, like Google Camera or WhatsApp for example, is blazing fast in comparison. |

Support does not listen and I am inclined to believe they like the security issues this app causes. My device switches versions from 9 to 12 to 13. the permissions change on the app and do not match what is listed before installation. This app is extreemly dangerous. |

| 2021-11-16 |  | | Horrid experience! The app works at easily authenticating me for my work email and Teams app. The problem is it makes my OnePlus 8 phone horribly unstable. My phone crashes every 15 minutes. I couldn't figure out what was happening for months. I hard reset my phone multiple times and restored from back up and the problem was still there. Finally had to replace the phone and then installed apps one by one. Got to Entrust and everything's back to broke. |
