Love the free app. Great for keeping personal info safe & having an extra line to separate business & personal numbers. The calling feature is sometimes sketchy, especially if you don't have a great signal. Sometime's it won't ring & goes strait to voicemail. Texting can be slow. I'll get texts hours after they're sent & no notifications, I'll open the app & have multiple new messages. For a free app though, it's great to have option.

Garbage! This app is bs! I installed it, went through the prompts, allowed it to have access to microphone contacts, notifications, etc. When I tried to make a call, it kept saying, go to settings and enable microphone and contacts. I'd do that, but it still didn't allow me to make a phone call and it'd give me the same error even though I did what it said for me to do!!!

I loved this app until a few minutes ago. They reassigned my number with no prior warning. No calls or texts in our out, and you cannot contact support in-app. I think they disabled it purposefully because the rest of the app is accessible (call history, text history, profile, etc.). This is unacceptable.

This app connected thru TextNow is actually better it's basically the same contact set up the same way but it's a little bit faster the only thing is on both apps it hangs you up when it goes out the app on a Blu phone on a Blu studio mini 12 it goes out of the app and the phone calls they can't hear me on the other end it's caused me to lose a lot of business I don't know what's going on because you need to fix them but I'm a 5 year fan still but letting ya no ! 💋

My phone will ring, but won't let me answer. Or i can hear it ringing, but i see nothing on my screen to answer. After the caller gives up, phone will continue to vibrate forever. Even if i close out the app completely. Will keep vibrating as if someone is calling but they're not. If it does let me answer, the caller either won't hear me, or i won't hear them. If we can hear each other, it might straight drop call mid conversation. This has been the worst app I've ever had.

Horrible app. I used this app for one week while waiting for a new phone. I paid the 6.99 for the week. When I no longer had a need for the app, I quit paying for it, or so I thought. After getting a bill the next week, I was irritated, but mostly at myself. I went to cancel the description, but you can't from the Google subcrtiptions and payments page. It says you have to go to the app and do it internally. (Reached word limit.. App is trash, and customer service sucks.)

My experience is this. Of all the apps offering free services like this app, they don't compare but are all similar. Textfree, Next Text & more. This app is for you to use sparingly and for non important things. It's simple. It's not like a actually paid for phone service you can depend on. I've had the same number since 2013. No lie. I have never paid for this service. I get a few commercials but nothing crazy. I love this app. Just stop trying to make it more then it needs to be.

If you're starting a business and need a line DO NOT go with this app. Constantly drops calls. Text messages do not send sometimes (often lately). Which makes me wonder if I am not receiving some of them either. Now I am having to face changing my phone number after a year of operating a successful business that keeps on growing. Verizon says they cannot get my phone number from this app. I'd have to spend money on all new business cards and all new car decals. I am NOT happy.

Been using this app for years. Recently it offered $4.99 for a YEAR, so I accepted. My card on Google pay had expired & now they are trying to charge me $9.99 a month. I keep getting notifications that my payment was unsuccessful. I reached out to 2nd line asking them to STOP trying to bill me & that fell on deaf ears. Used to pay $29.00 a year for a reserved #, but even though I paid for years with that #, 2nd line gave it away. I'm not paying you $9.99 a month. STOP trying to bill me.

Horrible experience just happened! My phone had to reset. Upon downloading 2ndLine again I found that I couldn't log in without being mistaken for some sort of automation. Captcha with "verify being human" prompts me to press and hold an oval section until it's filled. It doesn't progress and I'm then prompted to check JavaScript and cookies, both of which are not blocked. This app has the only way I can get in touch with many people. Can you help me please?
