| 2024-08-20 |  | | Does not work well on Android. The formatting worked pretty great on iPhone, and the cloud recovery worked wonders switching to Android but the usability on Android is AWFUL. App force closes every time you attempt to move pictures from one album to another, select multiple pictures, or even delete a picture. I've put in multiple support tickets over a 2 month span with no response. Will not be renewing my storage subscription and am looking for a new storage app. |

I've contacted customer support several times and each time they say to enter the PW 8 times and then you should get a reset option. Nope! Never happens. How in the world do you run a company that cannot help you reset your password it's ridiculous!!! When you decide to upgrade things you should send out emails to your customers letting them know of the changes. Frustrated!! |
| 2024-04-29 |  | | My phone still shows "locked" pictures without even opening the "vault". Ticks me off. You can't unlock more than one picture at a time which is freaking ridiculous. I need to unlock a bunch of pictures in an album but I can't do it all at once. "Decrypting progress" never finishes even though they actually were. Free users can only create two albums before requiring payment to create more. I'm going to be looking for another app that actually locks photos properly. These devs are incompetent.🤬 |

If they're going to be locked behind a paywall, at least make it a reasonable one time purchase. You used to be able to pay $40 to upgrade your account, and before that, it used to be $5. Now it's $36 PER YEAR for a basic feature. No one-time upgrade option severely holds this app back, especially when other competitors offer unlimited albums for free. |

If you need somewhere to keep your photos or videos, use iCloud, OneDrive, or Google drive. Do not trust this app you will lose data. You will also not get a refund even if you just bought it the day before. |
| 2023-11-16 |  | | Edit #2: Fixed review layout and typos. Edit: Dropped to 2 stars because app cannot view all videos so it only adds a small portion of what is selected. For now will only use for pictures. Review: Works well and quickly. I like being able to set a picture to each vault as the one to view. The reason for 3 stars is the default Main Album cannot be deleted or renamed. Once we are able to do one of those things, I will change my rating. |

I have one friend who also has this app and also loves it. Easy to import photos. Easy to export photos, if wanted or needed for any reason. Love that it tells you the date and time you imported a photo. |

Out of nowhere, it won't let me upload anything to it. It keeps saying "enable permissions" even though all permissions are enabled. I lost all my data uninstalling it, then reinstalling it. Still doesn't function. This app went from awesome to useless literally overnight. |

Bugs happen but this level of customer service rarely does. 👍👍 Original: If you don't plan to use the cloud save, consider this five stars. But every time it tries to retrieve the photos I had it gives me a "data/logic error while attempting to synchronize". I lost a lot of photos. I'd have deleted the app out of reasonable bitterness if I wasn't still holding out hope it'll work. |
| 2022-09-01 |  | | Cool, stores photos and other things just fine, like any other similar app and expected it to have saved anything i've imported, *like every other similar app*, and deleted it later to make room to download other things, only to come back to download this again and find out that everything i've imported has not been saved and lost my data... Would be nice to have at least been warned it would happen. I'll assume it's like that by design. |
