After installing the app I scanned my EID and received message successfull. But still my Empay card status is in progress. Tried reaching the customer care but the number is not in use. If it's not working I request the admin to delete my account permanently

Poor response.... I tried to contact your customer service for a long but there is no proper response for my enquiry. Also the amount which was tried to topup my empay card, amount has been deducted from my account but not reflecting in the card balance. I need my debited amount back to my account and need justification for my frustration.
