The app would say that the transaction was declined or my card information was wrong, but it turns out that it was in fact right because they charged me but never sent the information to the store in order for me 2 pick up my order which caused me 2 have to borrow money becuase the app took the last of my money. It's the next day and it's gone still |

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times, but the Contact Us form continues to say "There was an error submitting your support case, please try again." I have been trying for over a month now, and Burger King doesn't have any other way to contact them, they don't advertise a phone number or email anywhere. Their website is a carbon copy of the app, which would be okay if it actually worked. |
