I got a new card and removed the old one after it expired, but I can't add the new one whatsoever. Always got the message "this service is not available now please try again later" even after spoke to customer service agent. What should I do?

1- security for the application is not great just uses 6 digits password which is not perfect, can't use finger print 2- can't take a proof of payment with any details 3- money goes unidirectional can't load Mezza back with received money 4- not to much guidance for any step 5- too much charges on each transaction, can't afford to continue using 6- it asks for the password 2 times if time expires 7- fonts and colors are not modern and no much animation 8- it was a good for a start years ago
