I loved this game. I want to give more stars. However, I had to move it to a different device, and I can neither sign in (losing my saved progress) nor progress past the garden. Even attempting to contact support through the game interface fails. It keeps saying network error, but this is not on my end (I am using the very same network to post review as I use for the game).

It's sooo cute and I had been playing for awhile but stopped. I picked it back up and needed to start from the beginning, which was fine. But now I can't get to the Villa stage. It says something is wrong with my connection, but when I go to contact support, the support page doesn't work.... please fix this!!!!
