My device will not add. When I try to add, something pops up that's in Chinese to which I do not speak. I had to take a screenshot to translate, and it said "illegal business scenario" to which I'm not sure why, All I'm trying to do is put my device name in to add it so I can use it to control and monitor humidity levels.
