2025-01-19 | Best app for making beats and obscure music for sure!! There are not much options on android but I prefer there interface so im glad this app exists. I look forward to every new update and I can't wait to see how great this app becomes The only thing I want is some kind of "dj mode" or something to perform the music live. A playlist mode of some kind would be good as well I use Cross DJ Pro for now so im content i just think it would be really cool for recording purposes
2025-01-07 | I was excited that Elf Audio has a bunch of tutorial videos on Youtube, so I got the app and the add-ons excited to learn. I soon realized most of the videos, especially the beginner ones, are 4-5 years old and often don't reflect the current layout and features, so they aren't very useful. It looks like a cool app that people who know how to use it can do great things with.
2024-12-09 | This app is amazing! Very intuitive and you don't get lost scrolling thru millions of effects/presets like a regular DAW. Personally I feel like the samurai upgrade is a must since you can then edit the piano roll and not have to play the samples in. Editing can get finicky on smaller screens but this would be amazing on a tablet. Best money I spent on an app ever! Edit on Dec 2025- added MIDI support and new synth are game changers. This app keeps on relieving my GAS!
2024-11-30 | I would give it a 5 because work rate is amazing and I've made some incredible music on it but for some reason on my android it keeps saving as a wav file and won't let me open it in my file manager but it used to. Not sure if I have to update this again or file manager but other than that I really don't have problems . DJ TRAK aka Drunk Poet , practically everything on my page from this year , last year ,and before that has been mixed with Koala or made from scratch . Great app
2024-11-26 | Sample length changes when playing a sample with the keyboard and I don't see an option to change that š Really screws things up for me. Had high hopes, but sadly, no. Refund requested. Would have been so much simpler with a demo version so I would know I wouldn't like it before I bought it. Not at all happy I had to pay to try. Paid for the Samurai version and time stretch is not great.
2024-09-17 | You can do so much. I have tried fl studio, flip, and many other apps. This is the best on android. Latency is good sound quality is as good as the audio you use (had a bad mic on a phone and recorded audio was so bad) can do many things a full DAW can do minus fm synthesis. Gotta get or make your out sounds but everything else this can do. Fx are aight. Just a good sampler with many thoughts out workflows
2024-09-02 | This is quite literally the best music app. If you wanted to make music and can only have one app this is all you need. It's a SAMPLER! You have a mixer, resampling, FX, piano š¹ roll,Sequencer, time stretch, midi. like d**nš it's like you have a SP-404 in your pocker. paired with YouTube to mp3 you can get your ideas out and make all the music you want.
2024-07-25 | Very turned off by having to pay to edit my sequence. As a brand new user I recorded a sequence and when I tried to edit it I found that I'd have to pay nearly double the price of the original app. I can understand paying for premium sounds and exotic features, but editing a sequence is a fundamental part of every music app I've ever used, except for this one. It's almost like having to pay extra to change the start and end points of a sample
2024-07-15 | Just stumbled on this app a couple weeks ago. Gotta say, it's the best sampler for android you'll ever find! I paid for the full version and paid for all the added features and if they release more features.....I'll be paying for those too! It's so intuitive I didn't even need a manual. It's so close to replacing my my entire DAW. Endless possibilities. Easy workflow. I can't get over how incredible it is. I've been creating source sounds on my PC and importing them to the app. 10X stars!!!!
2024-05-17 | I get that this app is still rather new and so far it's pretty fun to mess with.. I think it would definitely be nice to have a built in synth and it would be great to be able to select multiple pads.. to move, delete, mute, send to a buss, choke, etc. I'd also like to be able to drag and drop chops from the auto chop screen to pads. The mic directly to mixer doesn't work and some FX act funny depending on the parameters being used. I'm out of room to explain.. 500 character limit here. |
