2023-10-28	محمّد یٰسین	I tried to use this app, but it was a terrible experience. It did not let me register and kept showing me an error message that said "Internal server error". I wasted a lot of time and got frustrated. This app is poorly designed and unreliable. I do not recommend it to anyone.
2023-08-15	Rizwan ahmed	It's great to have app like this for life insurance clients, But I think there should be more details about plan in developed countries apps have more details and more convenient and some form should be added like reinstatement, SHD, Alteration, surrunder, change of nominee, so that clients outside Pakistan feel more easy for any change in their policy by downloading the form and after sign can upload personally. Last thing if any client apply for any services like payment details must be fast
2023-06-06	inam shah	After closing of Barket Market branch I visited near Allama Iqbal town branch for submitting premium but they refused and I am trying since two days to register in the app but it's exactly like the staff of EFU, while registering it appears You have already registered and on logging in it's showing You are not registered. All the emphasis of EFU is to engage new clients they have no concern with already engaged.

Even in the response I received the message you are not registered If I have paid on the time , 3 to 4 time I received a message pay your installment** If I have a query . The staff have no idea what to answer about. The worst app ever.
2022-12-28	Saif Akbar	One of worst app.Not working when required. The OTP is not coming in the registered mail.I can see many negative comments from user but still no improvement. Looks like the efu team doesn't bothered.
2022-07-06	Massab Waqas	1. Online Payments should be updated in real time and policy status should also be renewed. 2. When any request for payment or tax certificate is made, most of the times, request response is not received. When response is received in notification section, nothing happen on clicking View Details button after opening a service request response notification. Please fix service request response on urgent basis.

2021-12-09	Kami	1. When a service request is put up, an in app message is received with 15 days validity. When one clicks the "view details"; it won't work. 2. The payment method is very limited. Instead of connecting it to the policy holder bank account, it has a very narrow scope of payment options. 3. When the policy premium is paid online, it's not updated in time. Mostly one still receives ab email for policy premium payment. Service request in the app is useless in this regard.

I guess the purpose of this app is just marketing of there products and not to provide any useful information. The app only tells when the next payment is due, but doesn't tell the status of ur investment i.e no. of units, value of units, unit value appreciation etc
