before the app was working. but since last 1 - 1 1/2 year app was not opening at all. but my Robot mop is in good condition and works well. but I have to do it manually. Even Eureka Forbes Mop robot technicians don't know the reason behind it. and they are suggesting me to purchase a new robot mop . they are not ready to exchange it. I purchased it for 30,000 rupees which is a huge amount. Eureka Forbes is not giving proper customer service.

We Purchased the Eureka Forbes Robovac LVAC about 2+ Years ago. However, the App developed Problems a few weeks back & Today the App stopped working completely. We uninstalled the App from my Wife's Phone & tried installing on both her and my Phone. But, in both instances, it gave a Time out error with the Wifi Network. Can the Technical Team please assist?
