Trying to pay fees for 10 times but never got the payment successful.

Very bad. The forgot password doesn't work. You gotta pay 150/- for the password. And today (19/9/24) I tried to open it, and IT LOGGED ME OUT. It's crazy. Now you gotta pay another 150/- in order to access the app, where clearly it wasn't your mistake. Now this was okay if they let us see the password. But they don't! They take the device, log you in, and give the device back. Very bad system and the app.
