| 2024-05-16 |  | | I am in a different class now so I want to change my class in edtutor but it's not letting me. In the app one can only changw their name and other things but not class. And I've tried contacting you many times but you're not replying any emails or anything |
| 2024-02-20 |  | | Wanted to mimic Byju's but failed miserably. Educational content was bad, app is too clumsy and not user-friendly at all, lots n lots of glitches & technical bugs that were overlooked. Looked as if the entire focus was on creating graphics & animation, and using beautiful presenters (who know nothing about what they are talking). Overall an effort way below average, and never worth spending the money on. Funnily enough, most 5 star reviews are given by their own employees. not recommended! |

Student want explanation of every line in the article. 2) After two months of my subscription video is not playing. No reply from their WhatsApp number and can't call them to the number they provided in the app. Call just dropped as we Dial it. Just wasted my money |

I just tried to contact via number but nothing happened then I texted via whatsapp but it goes offline. Now guide me what to do . If this happens how can I recommend it to my friends. 😔😔😔 |

| 2022-12-04 |  | | Overall the app is good, 1st the verification on mobile number is not working even after request again option didn't receive any Message to verify. 2nd the payment option ia good to keep the community energized to show more productivity and interest. 3rd payment plans shall be changed or update in the context of poverty, to pay for courses. To boost the marketing and to spread the word you habe to launch 3 plans of payment. With allowing different features such as live class, demo, test, quiz. |
| 2022-10-16 |  | | This app is useful but i don't like the fact that we have to pay for it and can you please contain the same options without paying because we have to pay and that's what i avoid in apps as the teachers for tutoring at home don't teach well and ask for alot of money but can we not pay for studying as its hard for students who are in conditions not to pay. I though i found a good app but it needs payment. No harsh remarks. Can i please have my problem looked at by the ed tutor company . Thank you! |
