What is the username & Password for this app

A pop up appears whenever you open the app, that a new version is available. When you click on okay, you are redirected to play store but there is no update. I tried many times but it didn't help. Same error again and again. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling couple of times but that didn't help either. That pop up doesn't go away, and I cannot use the app.
