Struggles to update has poor search engine

Don't waste your time and money. The app constantly drops forms before they make it to the dashboard. Utterly useless from a safety audit perspective. Support is terrible, have submitted many screen recordings showing app constantly crashing, forms not submitting, etc and then am told only one support ticket exists. Wish I had read the reviews before we invested in this product as it does not streamline anything and creates frustration in safety reporting.
