Can I give zero review? For 2 weeks now I have been trying to get money sent to me from Ghana via rapid transfer, I was forced to create an account with Ecobank when it clearly says that it is not necessary. The stress of going to the bank daily to check up on it and they keep telling me network issues, I have gone to 3 different Ecobank branches and still same issue. This is a very poor service, if this is not working, it should be brought down and not serve as a nuisance to the public.

This app is becoming useless and frustrating. First, transaction was unsuccessful but amount was debited trying to get it resolved and it has beed a very bad experience. Now app won't even work at all (keep saying request unsuccessful when you open app). It's better you guys delete the app if you are not serious about fixing things
