Many item sold here is from outside korea but they not indicate as it is, they will just tell you they out of stock until you need to provide your passport and id for custom code which is vulnerable for your vital personal information.. if you cancel your order, your money will just go to refund deposit. And cant use it immediately to buy for another item.

Meh, it works.. Lately they've become flooded with scammers which advertise domestic shipping, only to request customs clearance after your order completes (to ship from China, which can be extremely slow and a PITA for foreigners). Particularly with electronics. And since there seems to be no penalty for this type of bad behavior on the platform it's becoming more and more common.

I can not track my order after two weeks ... keep showing err too many redirect ... and stop there ... I don't even know if my order going to reach me.

this is a terrible application, before, after every search you were redirected to the first page, which is very inconvenient. Now it’s even worse, after the update it’s impossible to order anything, the information was not saved and it’s absolutely impossible to restore anything, and I’ve been using this for more than 10 years.... Absolute disrespect for customers

Extremely stupid and a waste of time. I cannot reset my password even though I've followed all password rules and even used a generated password to meet all requirements. Probably because I have credit left to use on my account so it won't allow me back in to use the credit. Shouldn't be that hard really!

Used to work well. When I click checkout and I need to edit an address by clicking "Change address" in address search, the screen turns white and I cannot search for the address. Checked with my friend who has an Iphone and it works well. Currently not working well on my Samsung android phone. Hoping you can fix it soon

Can you please fix the pop-up issue with the app; I've reported this for the last 5 months, & you've done nothing to fix it.. Issue: if you've already set a preference as Korea or if you're logged into your acct you repeatedly get a pop-up requesting that you select a shipping or country preference. & whatever country is already selected as your preference in your profile, is not an option for you to select in the pop-up. This pop-up repeats ever 4 seconds & freezes the app.

This app is great, being the only way to get any food or products while in quarantine as a foreigner in Korea. However, if something goes wrong with the delivery of an item, they will string you along with "waiting for updates" without processing a refund or having the issuing company send the product, so if you don't receive an item, you're basically out of luck and just lose the money

I just installed and trying to check some products. For start this are the issue I am facing in mobile app - 1.Back option is not working everytime I click the back option after checkimg the product it takes me to same first page again, same thing happens when when you load the page again. 2. more filter and diversifcation option right now its just high rating , price thats it. There is no brand , selection by option like - office , casual, gym , business etc , pack . You have to scroll a lot.
