Have used app for many years and love it, but in the last two or so years, the cash back is not the same. I don't always receive cash back for my purchases and now they don't even have the option "missing cash" where you will enter the information, and it would give you the money missing. Now it just gives you all reasons why you don't qualify. Very disappointed!

Used to be good, but now it's just a huge waste of time and a massive rip off. Cashback stays pending until it becomes so old in your history, that it disappears from your log, and then you don't even know what what happened to it. Also, customer service used to be good. It was easy to get your cash back fixed. Now, they just give you the run around. I'm about done with them. Don't waste your time using them!
