| 2025-01-25 |  | | I've been playing this game for 2 years. We loved it. Now the puzzles won't save progress and they don't save once you have finished them to a gallery. I can't look at the ones I did and all the ones I did in the past are gone. I would have given this 5 stars but now I want to delete the app and try a different one. Please restore the app to what it used to be. |
| 2025-01-21 |  | | I'm addicted. Just look forward to doing the daily puzzle. Only despise the ads,especially when they repeat the same one over and over. Now the ads are even worse. Some stupid designers added these annoying emojis when you play the puzzle and it does it a whole lot...sometimes after you solve one single piece and then you have goofy,annoying ads. It's so freaking annoying! And to top it off there's one emotion that says "keep going"and goes right into an ad. How frustrating! UGH!!! |
| 2025-01-10 |  | | I've had this game for nearly 5 years and it has really ramped up ads lately. There's ads every 30 seconds to 2 minutes. I'm okay with ads overall but this is insane. Especially when you are focused, it takes the fun out. I recommend looking for another app instead of this one. |
| 2025-01-01 |  | | Puzzles are fun. I'm really patient with ads usually and let them run. I even like the interactive ones but the amount of ads on this particular app is ridiculous! Sometimes I just place 2 pieces down and there is already another ad. I get so frustrated with it that I just close the game and play different app. There are other apps that don't have this many ads. And the ads take forever to skip. They monetize off of ads so its more than enough to cover the creation and maintenance of the app |
| 2024-12-30 |  | | Ad after ad after ad. You start the game, ad. You start puzzle, ad. And it wouldn't be so annoying if you didn't get ads while you did the puzzle but you do! Every few pieces there's an ad. If I switch to another app for a second, ad. Finish puzzle, ad. And when you move to another puzzle, what do you know, ad. I'm going to look for another puzzle app or make one myself at this point. Greed ruins everything. Edit: It's about the number of ads. Not having them in general 🙄 |
| 2024-12-30 |  | | This used to be my favorite puzzle app. They had an ad at the beginning and end of each puzzle and when you left the app. Now it is after every "great" (which is about every 5-10 pieces) there is an ad. Can't play offline which sucks when traveling. They do have amazing mixture of puzzles and sizes. |

Bad part is being interrupted around 3 to 6 times during the puzzle with a silly smiley face that causes all the pieces of the puzzle to drop off the screen. That is so you can watch an ad. Nothing has been done yet to limit the ads and I have noticed more of them. Most times the puzzle frame now cannot be completed without an ad to stop your progress. This evening I was interrupted at least 6 times!! Interrupted yet ads are avoided |

Now you have to complete 1 puzzle to do the next & it's whatever puzzle the game decides & however many pieces it decides. You can only choose puzzle & size on the daily puzzles now. The ads have gotten ridiculous! I understand their point, but an ad when you finish a puzzle, an ad to start, an ad every 10 seconds while playing. It's kinda maddening. 😞 |

I un-installed and reinstalled and they're still gone. It's made navigation difficult and I lose the puzzles I'm working on |
| 2024-12-24 |  | | I used to really enjoy this game a while back. They updated it some time ago to remove categories of puzzles and the ability to earn coins to unlock more puzzles. I had purchased multiple categories, and now my money has been wasted on something I'll never be able to use again. I also paid to remove ads when I had done that, but I still get ads. Can't do offline puzzles anymore either since none of them save to the device once started. Going to find a new jigsaw app now that doesn't steal money. |
