It's hard to comprehend how a company so large can put out such a bad companion app. Essentially it's only good if you want to check the scores real quick of members in your league |
| 2024-08-19 |  | | Always puts me on the Ultimate Team page whenever I click 'Franchise' the first time I open the app. It's highly annoying since I only play franchise mode and don't ever play (and will never play) Ultimate Team. Also, you can not effectively place other teams or your own team on Auto-Pilot in Franchise. This is a necessity. Giving 2 stars though instead of 1 because I do appreciate the ability to export rosters and stats. The app just needs a lot of work on the franchise side for sure. |

I wish there was a free version, and a paid version where all this issues are fixed and accounts don't randomly get locked out just because they're actually using the app. It's very helpful with selling and buying cards. Please fix the issues. |

And now, the past couple of years, the game is just complete rubbish and barely playable (that's a compliment). But regarding the app, don't download it, don't try it, don't even look at it anymore than you have to. IT DOES NOT WORK! |
| 2023-12-29 |  | | 2024 edit: somehow EA made it worse. Can't see items in your binder (bugged for MONTHS). Can't save a sort. Current programs are missing from the filters (Zero Chill, Ghosts). Default sorting is Newest which is asinine. And on top of that, as soon as you back out you have to redo your filters all over again. Shameful as usual for a horrible company 2022 edit: app is still ridiculously buggy and crashes constantly. |

Installed and Uninstalled multiple times, on multiple different devices.......still doesn't work. The football season is almost over.....smh. |

A completely useless app despite the large quality of life improvements that were promised. It's actually amazing how consistently EA never hits on what they promise. 0 stars. |

Nobody can post auctions and I'm starting to believe it's intentional. There also needs to be ways to change the default sorting of searches. It's always listing things by "Newest" first and that's not always what you are looking for. The tool is horrible for interaction as it really only lets you look things up |
| 2023-11-06 |  | | So you finally did a 24 Update. The graphics are much improved. The player experience is worse. It tells me I cannot post auctions. It refreshes so fast that it makes it difficult to look through the auctions. Most of the time you have to close the app and reopen the app to move past the main screen. As much money as Madden earns for EA, you would think we wouldn't have as many issues as we do on the player side. |
