The front light that used to turn on and off doesn't work anymore. 5/30/24: My 3-way switch still doesn't work although I have contacted support. The ultimate solution is to go to the breaker and turn the switch off if their instructions didn't work. Other smart switches can dim lights and bounce back after internet is up for much less. Frustrating experience. |

EDITED: it must have been a temp issue. While the other non-removable house is still there, at least it does not open by default. EDITED: every 3/4 days I have to reinstall one of my 10 plates because they go offline. Any resolution for this issue? |

Integration only worked half the time with Google and I've contacted them a few times trying to see when they would support the new industry standard of Matter and I've been told by them that they don't feel like it's important. To which point I think it will cause them to lag behind and eventually become irrelevant. I'm sad to see great design just go down the toilet because they can't keep up.. |

In recent weeks, this app has been slow to respond or even load. I'll tap a switch and the app shows no response, but then the light turns on a couple min later. Iotty, please update your app. |
