Thoroughly enjoying this app & meditation. It's simple and beginner friendly, yet unique, deep, and unlike many other generalized and replicated forms of meditation offered in most apps. I've experienced a bad spell of insomnia and restlessness, intermittently, for over a year now. The first time I tried the "Earth Meditation" before bed, I was out like a light within minutes. It was the fastest & deepest sleep I've experienced in months. Dr. Prana has created something special. Highly recommend
