| 2024-07-16 |  | | Im not a computer expert by any means... But what is the problem? Get the app working good... only to do updates to fix bugs and seems like create more bugs in the process. I wish that when an app was working decently for most.. you all would leave it alone. This being locked out of my digital account for day and hours at a time is unacceptable. Fix this or im going to take my business elsewhere. |

| 2023-03-23 |  | | Here it is 2023, new update and again it won't work.. i can not stand these mobile apps. 2018.. Hate it. Doesn't let me sign in on the new app. I went and spoke to a teller twice and they told me to go to the website and it will ask me security questions to verify my identity but I can't find anything on the website to let me do that. So frustrating! |

| 2022-07-17 |  | | Update Still locks me out randomly and sometimes when I unlock it the app will open but the screen is frozen so I can't view anything. I have to either re-download or go to my bank to fix this. Fr a messy app, small regrets selecting this credit union. 7/11/21 Have had to re-download multiple times on different occasions for it to work. This last time I was hours away from home without cash and couldn't transfer money because they wouldn't accept my password and the office is closed |
| 2022-05-10 |  | | This app constantly fails to verify my info for days making it useless leaving me to go online an redo my stuff and that doesn't always work as the website itself is trash with it's security code and login ID not working as its keeps saying that a temporary security code was sent though I never receive one or I get one hours pass the 15 minute timelimit and contacting them doesn't help either |
