First of all this is not 100% free. You need to have a subscription from a compatible TV service. False advertising! Then there are all these technical errors, video not able to play/unavailable. So annoying.

Cannot log in! I tried to access the streaming content with my login credentials from my local TV5 Monde provider as instructed to do so. There is no login capture capability (the app defaults to the home screen after selecting my satellite provider). No help from TV5 Monde Plus. Stay away from this app.
