This app is terrible. Everything goes smoothly until the payment process, but after the payment is completed, no one responds to our questions. We don't receive calls from doctors, and there are no accurate updates. When we email the technical support group, we don't get a reply.

Worst app... Even if they give an appointment time. They are not gonna call you. And the support number never answers. You can either try other apps or go for a direct visit than waiting here endlessly
