Doctor 24x7 - Consult Online

I'm a corporate sponsored user. I took couple of consultations in various departments. Following are the issues. 1. Most of the doctors doesn't seem to be experienced as they mentioned. I really doubt the experience that they mentioned in the app in correct. 2. Less attention paid towards the issues. 3. Few doctors want to close the call ASAP. If you are a paid user then i will not recommend this app. This can be used for small small issues which you doesn't feel like going to hospital.

There is no support number of the app/company.. I had consulted a doctor of which the prescription I still haven't received it. There isn't any option where we can contact the doctor in case he might have forgotten to upload the prescription. This is very disappointing experience I have had on Doctor 24x7. Probably I may not use this app from next time onwards.
