I've been using the internet for a few years now but the service from DNA is pretty bad, it's been more than 24 hours since the internet has been down, I've complained about it several times but it's still not yet fixed, also, there was issues for several months where the internet would take forever to come back on once it was switched off. It has severely hampered my ability to work.

11-9-23 : I've never seen this level of inconsistency for providing internet by any ISP, this has escalated to the extent I had to write this review as no communication from my end seems to get this issue rectified and it continues on weekly or daily basis. otherwise service wise and being consistent, this ISP needs improvement urgently 12-10-24: Supply is decent but alot of times there is stoppage and needs better maintaince atleast during work hours
