You will know better about your area, calculate your averages and know exactly the site plan well. For me, this app show me a lots and guild you how to do. This app is not even a show off tool but will let you distinguish between them. L A C app is a guilding tool that all public much use all around. I will recommend all to go for and describe there view so that all know.
