2025-01-22	Begona Cowan	I've used many pharmacy apps, which self-populate all information once your account is connected to you. NOT with this app. After creating an account, you need a ZIP code to access your pharmacy. Then you have to provide each RX # & name each medication. To create a refill reminder it requires you to enter dosage, days used, a start & end date, a medication name, and date of the reminder. The app requires a lot of info from the user that other apps just provide. Easier call or use website.😭
2024-12-23	A Google user	This app is useless. It's never updated. It does not contain complete information. It does not have all prescriptions listed and will not let you refill those not listed, so you still have to call the store. If there is something I am doing wrong let me know. 2024-12-06	Ryan Hardy	Don't waste your time. Set up, and went to try and populate my medications (why wouldn't it just take this info from my pharmacy, since it was a part of the setup. Anyway, gives me constant error about HIPAA and checking my network settings. There's nothing wrong with the various networks I tried, but none have worked. This app sucks and that's half an hour I'll never get back, could've renewed meds over the phone several times over.
2024-10-06	Heather M	There's no sign-in option for HIPAA protection. Most of the time, when I try to order a refill with less than a week's worth of medication remaining, it tells me it's unable to process my request and to check my network connection. I will try restarting my phone and uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but most of the time I just end up calling my pharmacy the next day to order my refills. This app sucks, and if I could give it zero stars, I would.
2024-01-20	Stacie Seever	The app will not keep my medications up to date. It still shows old prescriptions from a year ago. I've tried to delete them and add my new prescriptions, but once the app is closed and reopened at a later time, it shows the old prescriptions again and all the new ones that I spent all that time entering in are no longer there. I'm so tired of adding my prescriptions every single time I need them refilled because all it will show is the old ones that are no longer valid and outdated. Not happy!
2023-05-08	Herb B (BiloxiBluez)	Terrible app. Although easy to navigate and has great potential, it would be much easier if it automatically populated your medications and updated them as they are filled.
2023-05-04	Paul Dale (Mightycaptain)	this application is super finicky about network connection I can only use it on mobile not under a cell phone booster and not on Wi-Fi of any kind and even still submissions for refills will oftentimes be rejected due to network connection causing me to have to try multiple times.
2022-09-15	Pam Smith	I like your app and it's easy to navigate. I would like to have a menu option that shows which meds are ready for pick up and the $ amount due on each.

Downfall is any meds you dont use or duplicates on your list you can delete BUT the next time you open the app they are all back on your list again.UPDATE THIS APP SUCKS!!! Along with the above mentioned NOW it keeps saying not connected to Internet. BS!!!!!!! It's easier to just call the Pharmacy at this point
2022-03-08	Avari Martin	LOVED that I didn't have to pick up the phone to call, wade through auto messages, just to leave a v.m. NOW the app says its discontinued-might explain log in issues. Sad, it was convenient-thought this was what the internet was for; my bad, it was too efficient-lets get rid of it.
