Considering the functionality is simple and anyone could make this app (check out how many there are), I consider this very greedy. They also offer a subscription for this damn thing. WHY? WHAT SERVICE IS OFFERED TO WARRANT THAT? |

So now you get a bad rating for poor practice. Ads also run for too long and are annoying to remove after watching. If you want to make money from this then be upfront and when someone logs in pop up with ad free, once per session will still ensure ad revenue |
| 2024-12-06 |  | | I've been subscribed to this app for a few years and I love it. Living and traveling abroad this app has been a life saver. It updates prices everytime I open the app or refresh. It's incredibly simple to use and easy to understand. Most importantly it saves the countries you've selected and opens immediately to the prices. Very important when negotiating on the fly. The app is perfect as is. Developer, PLEASE DO NOT CHANGE the layout or add stuff to it. JUST LEAVE IT AS IS. PLEEEEASE!!! |
| 2024-11-26 |  | | Has always been useful. HOWEVER, recently is littered with loop ads, even for products I already have (grab unlimited). Literally you cannot exit the app or use more tgan one conversion now as ad appears, says you can skip, but you click skip and another ad comes up which cannot be exited tyen opens another app or download link. I understand trying to use ads to fund an app but this is now useless. |

So I decided to buy the pro features, the "forever" option, but the Pro features never got activated... I still have annoying ads and no pro features. I have written to support twice and got a reply after a few days... They fixed something on their end, I reinstalled the app and now everything is working as it should... |
| 2024-10-26 |  | | Does what is supposed to do. Quick and easy to use. Being able to enter and see values in multiple currencies and do arithmetic with those values with the calculator is great. I used the free version for years and one day a message popped up saying 'How about paying for it?' I had no hesitation paying for the forever version cause I know I'll use it for years. (Edited to fix silly typos) |

Or the ad would be too long. I found it annoying and un-installed the app. It was not as accurate as Google a few times. |

I use it to track the Japanese yen, so I know the best conversion rate before getting yen for my trip. I also use it while traveling to help with converting prices on the spot. So very useful. When friends accompany me on my travels, this app is one I highly recommend they download. Although I mainly use this for Japanese yen and Korean won, the app has currency for all other countries. |

Comes in handy for when shopping online at sites that only list their prices in a foreign currency (Euros, Pounds, etc.) to find out how much that is in USD or in similar cases. It's free if you have a Play Pass subscription, otherwise it's ad-supported, but it has 3 different pro upgrade options if you want to get rid of those. Overall, this is an excellent no muss no fuss easy to use app... 👍🏻 |
| 2024-03-25 |  | | On March 5th, two weeks ago, I paid the requested amount to remove the ads. It worked, but only lasted for two weeks. Ads came back after the last update launched on March 17th. Where can I get in touch with the developer to resolve this? UPDATE: I hadn't checked that msg, sorry, my mistake. The solution provided via email worked. Thanks for replying, I use the currency converter app every single day. |
