One of the most reputed brand but treats the customer very badly. Customer queries go unanswered for months. You get standard reply we are working on it. Also the staff is very unprofessional while responding to customer queries. They just want to close the query without resolution and push their decision on customer. Apps don't have all the categories of complaints. Parking related category is missing. I am sure I will get a standard reply to the feedback that team is looking into your concern
