Always bug. I think their own IT team is putting good reviews as they are not caring how difficult it is for customer to use this app as it always crash when anything is in urgent

It's been 5 months and I couldn't been able to log in my account back....and bank employee ask me to contact customer service which is even more worst. I'll try to delete this account and make new one in which I can receive my salary and which don't have any log in issue further. Not happy at all with this DIB app.

I Downloaded the app yesterday to open an account and share with my company for salary transfer. Since than I have almost tried 100 times but registration fails. For selfie I tried 100 times but the app is not working and showing the comment, we cannot recognize you. What is this? Can anyone assist?

Worst app ever. DIB website says to go to main menu after logging in and look for cards owned to set/reset pin but THERE IS MAIN MENU.

I forgot my login details and security questions, tried calling customer care for three months now and I can't reach anyone, tried watsup it's useless. Went to the offices in Deira I was told they don't have access to internet banking very stressful that I can't do so many things because I can't login.

Useless app Urgently I need to send some money ones I open the app it's showing like this "Our systems are currently being upgraded as scheduled, from 15 June to 19 June 2024 during which select banking services & channels will be unavailable.
