2025-01-28	waris hasan	It's been 5 months and I couldn't been able to log in my account back....and bank employee ask me to contact customer service which is even more worst. I'll try to delete this account and make new one in which I can receive my salary and which don't have any log in issue further. Not happy at all with this DIB app.
2025-01-21	irfan latif	I Downloaded the app yesterday to open an account and share with my company for salary transfer. Since than I have almost tried 100 times but registration fails. For selfie I tried 100 times but the app is not working and showing the comment, we cannot recognize you. What is this? Can anyone assist?

Went to the offices in Deira I was told they don't have access to internet banking very stressful that I can't do so many things because I can't login.

Despite multiple reminders over the past five days, the issue remains unresolved. This delay is causing significant disruption, as my credit card payments are now overdue. I kindly request that you address this matter urgently to prevent further complications and potential late payment fees. I expect a prompt resolution to this issue and will hold DIB responsible for any incurred late payment.
