| 2025-01-27 |  | | Game is overall great, but the half aniversery event really made things bad. They tried their hands at a pvp game mode which is plagued by latency issues. I applaud their attempt at trying something new, but they locked most of the rewards behind playing and winning this game mode. This caused pretty significant frustration and overall i found myself enjoying the game less and less until i barely logged in anymore. |

There are very few opportunities to obtain sugar cubes without paying, which is frustrating. I love the gameplay, though! The graphics are nice and each character has special mechanics that make me want to use them. Raids are great, I love congratulating my teammates for getting good items. |
| 2024-12-31 |  | | would love to give this a higher rating, but i cannot play the game whatsoever. whenever i try playing the game (mostly on the story mode, and now also on other modes too), the textures for the ground won't load and my cookies are just stuck in the void. it wouldn't be as annoying, but it's hard to actually play a game when you can't tell where you're even going or where anything is. :/ |
| 2024-12-04 |  | | Honestly, the fact the "premium currency" can not only be earned for free, but in fairly solid amounts feels hella fair, that alone earns like 4 stars from me. The 5th one? This game just looks and feels fun to play. (Edit: I think the Tower Passes are less rewarding now, and that they lack the significant boost and rewarding feeling that spending real money has, but the game itself didn't get worse, just the microtransactions got a little less rewarding, but at least they didn't get pricier.) |

When I can't even enjoy some of the SINGLE PLAYER modes due to lag, that's when it gets frustrating. Don't even get me started on the raid and other online modes. 9/10 tens you won't even be able to join a match. Fix your internet Devsis |

Pre ordered and it lets me get to the tutorial map screen, but when I pres go on mission one my game goes to a static screen like on TV's, and I can hear a scratchy version of the music. It only stops when I hold down my power button to restart my phone. I would love to play the game so please fix this. |

I just hope that they will fix the servers, it keeps on crashing and my tickets are wasted for it. Raid's system is also unfair, in my opinion. I won't give the players the right rewards for the effort or who actually does the damage to the bosses. This game has so much potential, please don't ruin it. |

I checked my device specs and It is compatible with the game. Even on the app store, it says that my device is compatible with the game yet when I play, it's like it's some corruption from .hack//Sign |
| 2024-10-19 |  | | I gave this game another chance, and once again, it has failed me. When I try to play raid, I get stuck in cue for at least 10 minutes. I was literally in cue with just one other person, and if I actually stared at the screen, hoping that it would load soon, it'd probably take more than 3 hours. Or it wouldn't start at all. I don't know if it's because of my phone. I literally just bought this phone a month ago, so this game should be titled "not mobile friendly" because I also get kicked out. |
